About the VCSEF Network
The VCSEF Network exists to unite and amplify the voices of the voluntary, community, social enterprise and faith sectors. We believe in a future where these groups are:
- Respected as equal partners in service design, delivery, and decision-making
- Supported with sustainable funding, infrastructure, and policy frameworks
- Connected to one another, and to the public sector, for collaboration and learning
- Empowered to influence systems and tackle the root causes of inequality
We work to make that future a reality through shared learning, collective voice, strong partnerships, and representation in local and regional structures.
The VCSEF Network website isn’t a legal entity or organisation in itself, it’s simply a website to bring together information and resources for all the different types of VCSEF networks and groups that already exist – a single place where people from the third sector can come to find out what networks and groups are active in their area and how they can get involved.
Our aim was to save VCSEF groups who are already over-capacity and under-resourced, from having to create and maintain another site, another domain, and all while the content is universally relevant.
